When is the Customer Care Center open?
Our Customer Care Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CT, and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT.
Will I get to speak with a “real” person?
Yes! Our Customer Care Center is located in the U.S. and you will always have the option to speak with a representative in real-time during our hours of operation.
Where can I find my Customer ID number?
When calling our Customer Care Center, have your Customer ID number on hand. Your Customer ID number is an 8-digit number that starts with an “A”. This number, which was given to you when you signed-up for Ambit’s services, can be found on your welcome letter or on your bill. Our representatives will ask you for this number so they can locate your account information.
